Keep your payment proof and the customs or courier receipt, then contact our support team with your order number and relevant documents. Eligible cases will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
A: If you purchase from our UK store as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
For non-faulty returns, if the item has been opened or used and is not returned unused, complete, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, a 15% repackaging / restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
