It was a complete disaster!!!

It took more than 3 weeks to reach my order. The PC I got is faulty. It couldnt able to open once. I tried to contact after sales team, I got reply after 2 days and they said its a defective item with issues in motherboard.

The next thing they asked me to send the device back for replacement with long guidelines. The interesting part they asked me to pay the shipping fees. I also paid the custom duty asked my their courier. All of this for nothing. Even their policy says, customer pays the shipping fees if they change their mind. So sending defective PC, wasting so much time and putting me in hassle for sending is actually change of the mind.

Looks like a complete scam.

When I said them, now I have to wait for this parcel to reach you then it takes ages to send me back. They said if you want urgent one, you can place another order, they can give you a mighty discount of £15.

I dont know if someone senior reading from this company, take some action please.

Terrible experience.

Excellent mini pc with a very small footprint. Very powerful pc much more than I need for my needs. It boosts up in seconds and launches all the apps at great speed. Has all the connections to add all the peripherals.

Had a few teething troubles with windows not loading [after a windows update] but after making a clean install of windows it works fine. Apart from that, the machine itself is very nice and lives up to expectations.

Great little machine - very powerful and have several docker containers happily running 24x7 - would defiantly buy again and a good overall experience with GMKtec.

Quiet, powerful, and even runs Battlefield smoothly

Delivery was fast and everything was great. The PC itself is pleasantly quiet and has plenty of performance. I am really impressed with it. I would buy it again anytime, and Battlefield runs absolutely smoothly on this little machine.

Good mini PC

So far, so good. It does what it says it would, and my early experience with it has been positive.

It is a nice little box, about 6 by 6 by 3 inches, and it fits nicely on the shelf. It feels fast in use and leaves a strong first impression.

It was very well packaged, easy for me to set up, and so far it has met my expectations. Time will tell, but my first impression is very good.

Well made system that works perfectly with Linux

I bought this mini PC as a compact gaming platform and after some research I settled on this one. It feels well made, attractive, capable, and reliable. I wiped Windows and installed Bazzite Linux, and everything worked properly for me, including Wi‑Fi, audio, video, USB, Bluetooth, and power control. I installed Skyrim and Baldur's Gate 3 through Steam and both performed flawlessly on this little box. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth was a bit weak with the metal case, but adding a small ASUS USB Bluetooth adapter solved the range and audio stutter issues.

Reliable home server with excellent OCuLink expansion

I use this device as a home server, so the generous RAM configuration matters a lot to me. I was also able to fit two more NVMe drives into the system because it has three slots. The OCuLink interface is a real highlight. In my setup, it works with a reflashed HBA card that provides 8 SATA ports, and my two ZFS filesystems have been extremely stable and fast. Overall, I think this is a great device and almost too good to hide away in a basement.

Good product with stable eGPU use

I connected an eGPU to it and the box has been running stably for me. I would buy it again. The internal SSD was small and from a no-name brand, but I replaced it with a larger one, and I still have not exhausted all of the upgrade options yet.

Watch the SSD lane configuration

I ordered this PC and returned it immediately without really testing it because I noticed that two of the three possible SSD slots only run on two lanes each, which effectively cuts the speed. I probably could have checked that earlier, so part of that is on me. Aside from that, I think the overall feature set is very good for the price, especially if I compare it with much more expensive systems.
